| | Re: Deleted the deleted folder in windows mail It is not possible to delete a system-created folder like Deleted Items, at least not from the user interface. Have you tried rebooting? There is no folders.dbx (used with OE only). On your hard drive, the mail folders reside here: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders\ -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Efleanie" <Efleanie@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:B65F589C-D2DD-4239-8769-7102A6C9D962@xxxxxx Quote: >I deleted my delete folder in windows mail, (I thought it was an email). | | Re: Deleted the deleted folder in windows mail Have you tried rebooting a couple of times? Windows Mail should automatically regenerate any missing mail folders that were included in the original set of folders. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Efleanie" <Efleanie@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:E8180C55-32FD-41DF-91F9-394A2A13C949@xxxxxx Quote: > Thanks Gary, I found the folder, now how do I get it back to Windows Mail?? > > "Gary VanderMolen" wrote: > Quote: >> It is not possible to delete a system-created folder like Deleted Items, >> at least not from the user interface.
