I cannot receive Emails via Microsft Windows Email,can send though !!, HELP

Log onto the web interface for your email and delete the first message, or,
move it to a junk folder so that Windows Mail doesn't try to download it.

I had the same problem and turned my email virus protection to snooze for 2 minutes and emails downloaded okay. It is always one particular email I receive that causes the problem. (A subscription)
