Ford workers are required to drive Ford cars.
I wonder, whether Microsoft's Windows Mail developing team is required to
use Windows Mail in everyday business?
I am afraid they do not.

For newsgroups we were told they do indeed use it! For email, they probably
use Outlook/Exchange due to corporate policy. That's quite understandable, I
think.

Re: Just comment

Actually, if you look at the headers of the MS people who post in the NGs,
most are using WLM and WLMD. Its hard to find any who post with WinMail.

Re: Just comment

Ford makes a variety of cars.

Why drive an Edsel when you can drive a souped up Mustang convertible or an
Expedition?

Right you are, Steve, obviously I forgot to differentiate enough between all
those Windows Mail thingies. ;-)

Re: Just comment

Good point, Steve.
However, I still insist that Windows Mail team is NOT doing enough to excel
in programming.
I know, if they were good, probably you and me will be out of job.

Re: Just comment

IMHO they're more interested in Windows Live Mail Desktop. You shoulld (or
shouldn't) here them bragging about how wonderul it is. The only "good"
about it thing I can think of is that it gets Hotmail (AKA Windows Live
Mail).
