Vista - Message Appears Blank

Problem just started and is specific to one sender.

When I receive an email from this person, the message appears to be blank.
If I select "Reply To", it is obvious that there is something in the message
from the way the cursor acts. There is no scroll bar, but when I try to put
the cursor in the message area nothing appears - I can't write any text into
the message area.

If I right click on the message in Inbox, select Properties and then Details
and Message Source, the text of the message is there.

So why isn't the text being displayed?

If the problem only happens with one sender, it sounds like that sender
is doing something wrong. Ask him to compose in plain text instead of HTML.
