Vista - Copy and Paste shuts down Windows Mail

I've copied and pasted into my email many times. Now when I attempt
this, the whole email program shuts down. I can copy and paste from
another email in the program, but if I try to from a text doc or Word
doc etc. the email program shuts down and I lose everything that
was in the particular email I was writing. Thanks

You can cure it by uninstalling Windows update KB963027.

But how do you stop the update from updating again?

The best cure for that problem is to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

I tried installing Windows Live and I still have the problem of Windows Mail shutting down whenever I try to copy and past from a Works document. Are there any other solutions?
