First break away from the CAP LOCK. All caps is considered shouting and impolite.
Next. Go to your menu VIEW- Current View and check to see that "Show all messages" is checked.
Also if you have 2007 messages in your deleted items folder, you are asking for trouble.
Empty the Deleted Items folder on a regular basis. (Under the Edit Menu).
I am having a similar problem...I keep putting my saved emails into my
folder ( which i created) and then when after going back into my inbox -
there they are - unsorted once again...I keep doing this over and over and
the same results...i empty the deleted files .... i sort my emails into
folders...and all these emails that i have dealt with already come back into
my inbox...please someone help me. I am new to vista windows mail...thank
you
