I am trying to set up my school email address but it keeps saying that the
pop3 and stmp are incorrect this is the message

The host 'smtp.mailstore3.sheridaninstitute.ca' could not be found. Please
verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject '', Account: 'imap.mailstore3.sheridanc.on.ca', Server:
'smtp.mailstore3.sheridaninstitute.ca', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I am trying to use jacqueline.ducharme@xxxxxx can somebody help me?

After searching again I did find Sheridan's email setup instructions.
You have the wrong server names. Use the settings given here:
