Creating Group Contacts

I am instructed to go to Windows Mail and click on "Create Group Contacts".
However that link is missing from my toolbar.....is it hiding somewhere? How
do I find it....I have created Group Contacts before, and there was no
problem...now there is.

Thank you one and all.

Re: Creating Group Contacts

If the toolbar in Contacts doesn't have its normal icons,
then the folder type for Contacts is incorrect. To fix it:
Open Windows Contacts. Right-click somewhere in that
empty white space to the far right. Select Customize This Folder,
click the little triangle, and from the dropdown list select Contacts,
then click OK.

Re: Creating Group Contacts

Open Windows Mail > ( tool-bar) click Contact > right-hand column, right
click on an open space > Customize This Folder >under What kind of folder do
you want, click that down-pointing arrowhead, scroll until you see Contact,
click that> Apply/OK
That's it.
