Vista - not active account

not active account

My e-mail account is not working, maybe because I do not know correct name of my host server. Is there a solution other than calling telecommunication company?

Look on your provider's website. There should be a support page with the
mail server settings. If you have trouble finding it, tell us who your mail
service provider is.

Hi maria
That would be the best thing for you to do. Contact them to find out what
the account settings should be in your email program and have them walk you
through getting them set properly. While you have them on the phone test
the account for sending email and receiving. They should help you test it as
well just to make sure everything is setup ok, so you can receive and send
emails.
