| | Photo Editing On my old Win 2000 computer, I had an application which I'm pretty sure was part of the Win2000 OS, which I could use to edit pictures, most importantly I was able to compress the file size. As I remember there were 3 options for reduction which would reduce a typical 3Meg photo to: 1) 200Kbits, 2) 50Kbits, or 3) 10-20 kbits. On my Vista OS, I can't find a program that has resolution / file size reduction as one of the editing options. Is there a program on Vista OS that I can use to reduce file size (resolution)? If not, how can I email multiple photos w/ each photo being a 3Meg file? Regards and thanks, Brent |

File / Resize...choose a size and a save location...click...Resize and Save. -- J. A fine tool for this and 1000 other things with graphical stuff is IrfanView, a most verstaile freeware tool which IMO should not be missing on any computer anyway.
