Vista - Lost "send" and "ABC" how do I get it back?

I lost my task bar and finally found most of it and it is back. But I can
not find how to put Send and ABC back on the task bar. Can anyone help???

And does anyone know what I did? My folders now have icons! I would
rather they be like they were.

Open Windows Mail > Create Mail > on the Tool Bar ( NOT Task Bar ) right
click anywhere on the Tool Bar > click Customise > look for Send and ABC
from the box on the left > one at a time, click it > click ADD at the
middle. > When done, click CLOSE

When we said Folders, we meant those on the LEFT side of Windows Mail. Is
that what you meant too ?
The left side of Windows Mail is called Folders List. There are no icons
there.

How /what were they like before ? Text only ? Are you talking about the
TOOL BAR ?
