"Cannot load Contacts" "0x8004104E" "MSOE.DLL" if you are getting these messages when starting windows mail, try checking C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\wab32.dll and make sure the file is there, if it is missing this is the most likely cause of your problem. replace the file from a healthy vista PC or download it from one of the many windows dll replacement sites (google wab32.dll + vista + download) and your windows mail should spring back to life. |
