Cannot use windows mail - connection dropped

    Cannot use windows mail - connection dropped

    I have vista and have been using virgin web mail happily. I have just set up
    my connection for windows mail and i have a 0x800ccc0f error message -
    connection dropped. I cant use windows mail at all. I know my pop3 and smtp
    addresses are correct. I wonder if anyone can help please?

    Please post the entire error message..
    right-click on it, select Copy
    then paste it into a reply.
