But just copying/moving the folder to the new computer will not be
sufficient. You'll have to transfer the settings for WinMail too.
Otherwise WinMail will not be able to work with the mail store.
You may use the Vista "Easy Transfer" tool. But it's not too comfortable
as you'd have to carefully select what to transfer and what not.
You would be better off using a backup tool which works with WinMail
(Acronis True Image 2009 f.e). I'm using a German tool so that I can not
recommend it to you. But you may google around for "backup winmail".
