Embedding

How do you embed files or pictures in the body of emails with Windows Mail,
do you need specific settings or something---please Help???

Have you tried the Insert command from the toolbar in a compose window?

Open Windows Mail > click Create Mail > click on the blank space of the "
body of e-mail ", anywhere > Menu Bar, click Insert > Picture > scroll to
find your picture, click it > Open

Thank you, that helped with pictures now how do I do it with word, excel pdf
etc files?

Your only options are what's under that Insert command. If it isn't there, it
can't be inserted. Files can be attached.
