| | Can not re-open windows mail email in the inbox I tried the recommended solution cocerning view all messages. It was already set to this option. I read on several bolgs that the problem is due to incompatible antivirus programs ! Is this true? I use trendmicro only because it came on the new laptopn and 2) is their a utility that I can run to "uncorrupt" the mail database much like outlook has in pstscan? Please help. Thanks |

| | Re: Can not re-open windows mail email in the inbox Try running the various repair functions in the WMUtil program: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil Trend Micro antivirus is among the top three troublemakers for Windows Mail. First, go into its settings and disable any interaction with email, then try Windows Mail again. If no improvement, do a trial uninstall of the antivirus.
