Just wondering...
In the Properties of your e-mail account
on the Server tab...do you have: 'My Server
Requires Authentication'...checked?
Mail Servers: Florida (Tampa Bay)
incoming mail server: pop-server.tampabay.rr.com
outgoing mail server: smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com
