Vista - can't' send or edit draft in draft folder

bc1 n/a posts	can't' send or edit draft in draft folder Read post on this and none work. Double click or second click any clicking just opens it to read and reply,forward etc.. but not send. nothing I've tried brings it back to compose mode. Seems something so basic and yet I can't figure out how to do it. only cut and past in new msg.
