Vista - Error while deleting e-mail in inbox and sent " sent item " folder

Error while deleting e-mail in inbox and sent " sent item " folder..
I have VISTA , I am using windows mail,I can not delete a few e-mails which
is already staying into my inbox and " sent items" folder... PC warns me "
Unknown error occured "...
Does someone know how to solve this problem...?

First, make sure you have Vista's SP1 and SP2 installed.
If the problem continues, try running the various repair functions in the
WMUtil program: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil

If no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
http://download.live.com/wlmail
