Vista - trying to access the WEB, so far? NADA

I have a brand new HP PC, LAP TOP. And, as of this time, I am unable to get
her connected to the web. I tried a VERIZON, and my HP PC refuses to
reconigze the Verizon Wireless Plug-in. I have an account with AOL, for
about 12 years. I am unable to
get to them. Is anyone out there able to help this po' old man? I am 72
years from my brith, and, I would really be needing help, cause I am not
that good with PC jargon, and understanding it. The language of the PC, is
not my language, so, all I can say, is: HELP, PLEASE, I AM STUCK IN THE
MUD, AND NOT CHAINS. Three days with a brand new PC, and all I can do on it,
is
play around with games, that I can bring up, that was downloaded, on the PC,
when the PC was manufactured. And, that be all I am doing. I am trying the
work off line, who knows what it will do, off line, I need help, PLEASE,

The newsgroup to which you posted is dedicated to supporting the
Windows Mail program. Your issue is a general Internet connectivity
problem. You should contact the outfit who sold you the Verizon
wireless plug-in and demand proper tech support from them.
