I get an error mssg everytime I try to send. Same with receive. I called my

Re: error message send/receive emails

Well, don't keep the error message a secret. It is the key to resolving
what is wrong. Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it
into a reply here.

Re: error message send/receive emails

Your settings are correct. It looks like your Cox mail server is having an
internal problem. Hopefully this will resolve itself shortly.

Re: error message send/receive emails

I hope so. I spent 3 hrs on the phone with Cox. They said that it was Micro
Soft Windows Mail that was the issue. Which is why I posted. My mail works
when it wants to. Sometimes I have no issues--other times, it doesn't work at
all.
Thanks for the help.
