Vista - blocking senders in newsgroups

I just got a computer with Vista. Windows mail seems to be lacking one
particular feature that I prized in Outlook express: 'block sender'

I've looked but haven't found it.

Can someone help me get rid of all the horrible spam in my NG?

And please don't tell me anything witty, like 'you can find it in Thunderbird'

Right-click on a message, select "Junk E-mail" - "Add Sender to blocked
senders list"

To see the blocked sender list,
click on Tools - Junk E-mail options - Blocked Senders

It won't help much with spam, as they use faked or other peoples' email
addresses.
