    saaving a draft

I own a small business and send my monthly bills by email. Is there a way to
design and save an email template to use on a monthly basis to send out to my
clients each month without having to make a separate email for each one every
    month.

i would use Word or Excel (or the equivalent in Open Office) and mail the bills as attachments. With the quoted programs it is easy to make templates that you can reuse.

Yes. Just compose the template and then use File | Save as and save it to
the Desktop. Then, whenever you wish to send it, just click on it to open
it as an unsent message. That's safer than saving to the Drafts anyway.

The best solution would be to determine how your accounting software does
for you. If you don't have accounting software then this might be a good
time to invest your time in getting that.

I don't know what PayPal has to offer but I think it has flexible payment
options. If your invoices or statements or whatever you call them are going
out using email, then PayPal probably has compatible payment options. They
definitely would make it easier for you to set up your invoices or
statements for being sent by email.
