multiple users mail profile part 2

We have 4 users on our computer, and 2 of us want separate e-mail accounts.
Can we 2 have separate windows users logins and the kids still not have to
    login?

You can have as many accounts as you choose, you can password protect your
two accounts and set up your seperate email accounts, and you can also
activate the Guest accout and leave it without a password for all other users.

The kids would still need their own user account, if you want to keep them
from reading your and the other user's mail.
