    where did the tool bat go my delente and send and all that isnt there anylonger

    Hello Hanmner,

    In Windows Mail main window (one that Windows Mail first opens to), click on "View" (menu bar) and "Layout". Check the "Toolbar" box and click on OK. This should restore the toolbar for you.
