| | Help setting up email My email address is netscape.net. I followed the directions from AOL for setting up Windows Mail so it would be my aim mail (confusing isn't it) but although I can receive mail the smtp name isn't recognized. This is my message: The host 'SMTP.aim.com, port: 587' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
