I always get and error message when signing on to my email account. It says
check the box for details, but there are no error messages or codes in the
box. How do I correct this?

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.

One way to fix this problem is to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
