I want to have an arrow, or something, on my inbox list that indicates I have
replied to that email. I have it on other computers, but can't figure out how
to install on this one.

There already is...
on the little envelope icon in the From column
blue arrow => indicates forwarded
purple arrow <= indicates replied to
