| | Cannot Delete Some Messages In The Delete Folder some 30 messages or so show up in the delete folder that cannot be deleted from the folder, I can see headline but cannot open the files and if I try to delete it just says "unknown error" ............. any ideas??? Thank you. |

| | RE: Cannot Delete Some Messages In The Delete Folder I've had the same problem. First you have to change the e-Mail status to "readed". Then click on the folder and in the context-menue on "folder deleted objects empty" (sorry, don't now the correcty name, because I've a german version). Some mails will be deleted. Perhaps try again. I hope, Microsoft will fix this bug and you could unterstand me. |
