Apart from the look and junk mail filter it isn't a big improvement if at all from Outlook Express. I guess Microsoft really want people to shell out for Office 2007 with Outlook. After all Outlook is much better for organising mail than OE and what I hear about Vista security Windows mail could have the same flaws.
