In the message list, the spacebar functioned as single-key reading when used
by itself but when used with Ctrl it would function normally, i.e., it would
select or deselect a message. That functionality appears to be gone. Any way
to turn it back on? I swear, if I find one more thing that I liked in OE
that's gone now I'm gonna scream!

In OE the spacebar would download a message, expand collapsed groups, and
page down when reading in the review pane. In WinMail it seems not to page
down, at least. Am I correct? What else did it lose?

For me, the spacebar in WinMail does all the above.
