Vista - Error connecting?

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. There is an error
synchronizing your mail account, please call Microsoft support to resolve
this issue. Server:
'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v1.0.0/sync.aspx', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Port: 80, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x8DE00004, Error Number:
0x8DE00004

What causes this errror in the Windows Live Mail Desktop? I have tried the
reboot, nothing has changed on my computer just all the sudden does not
work.

I am getting the same thing on the same date as you. Has Microsoft helped
you yet?

Answer in newsgroup. Don't send mail.

There is an updated client. You will need to go to the live website and
download/install, apparently microsoft update doesn't see the difference.
Mine is working fine now since the upgrade.
