Vista - Windows Messenger live beta 8.1

Hi, please i need help. I've Windows Vista x64 RC1 and i try to sing in
messenger live beta 8.1 but this don't start and show 80070190 error code.

What's the problem? why i can´t sign in? what i can to do for solve?

Check your firewall settings, internet connection, etc. Basically, it
means that the messenger network cannot be found. If it worked before
and not now, it may just be your connection. If it hasn't worked since
you installed Vista, check the firewall settings.

another thing to do is check that your system time and date are correct....microsoft seem to complain when my date is out

yes, i know that, the system time and date are correct. That´s not the
problem.

I check the Firewall and messenger is not blocked. I can´t understand what´s
happen. The conection to internet is working, my internet explorer work
without problem, but messenger not.

another idea?
