Windows Mail not startingh

Hello

I upgraded from Windows XP to Vista Basic Dutch.

When i start Windows Mail it says cannot open Adress Book.
Then it says cannot open it because my pc has not enough memory then it says
MSOE.dll is missing what's wrong here???

Thx for help as i now cannot email send or receive..

You can try this, but I don't know if it will work.

Navigate to the location of the windows mail message store which by default
is

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\

Then delete the database files that consist of:

WindowsMail.MSMessageStore
*.chk
*.jrs
*.edb

Then see if it will start.

Thnx i did an upgrade to Office 2007 and it works fine now
