| | Windows Mail not startingh Hello I upgraded from Windows XP to Vista Basic Dutch. When i start Windows Mail it says cannot open Adress Book. Then it says cannot open it because my pc has not enough memory then it says MSOE.dll is missing what's wrong here??? Thx for help as i now cannot email send or receive.. |
