Hi all. I've got Vista Ultimate, and have Office XP pro 2002 edition.

I'm having a minor issue with my account in Outlook.

The very first time it tries to log in, it's forgotten my password.
If I go to the account setup, I can see that a password has been set, and
that seems fine, but when I send/receive, it is gone.

Doesn't seem to matter if I check or uncheck the box in the popup. The
next time I launch outlook, no password again.

Help?

I have same problem, but compared to the other problems I was having I guess
I'll live with this problem

I've also this problem but unlike you i hope a rapid solution because I have
to manage more than 5 box mail and i'ts a pity

I'm having the same issues... I have even tried to have one e-mail account
on Windows mail and one via outlook. Still having isses... HELP>>>>>

Outlook 2002 doesn't remember passwords and there is going to be no fix as
it is out of support life cycle. I bought Outlook 2007 and it is fabulous.
