| | Migrate e-mail from Outlook Express to Windows Mail I would like to know how to migrate e-mail messages from Outlook Express to Windows Mail. I know e-mail messages can be imported if both Outlook Express and Windows Mail are installed on the same computer. But I do not want to install Outlook Express on my Vista computer and would like to understand whether there is another simple way. I have copied all DBX files from Outlook Express. Though I cannot find where Windows Mail is storing its e-mail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and kind regards, Remco. |

| | Re: Migrate e-mail from Outlook Express to Windows Mail WinMail doesn't use dbx files. It stores the messages individually as eml files. See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#oe2wm for import information. steve "Remco" <Remco@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:6DD83C03-F076-49B1-8048-BA2B25F3C51C@microsoft.com... >I would like to know how to migrate e-mail messages from Outlook Express to > Windows Mail.
