| Guest | shutdown when i try to close the windows mail program it tells me "windows mail has stopped working" it then tries to diagnose the problem and start back up. It opens up again and then tells me it failed to shut down properly last time. How do I stop this happening???? |

| Guest | RE: shutdown I am also having this problem. It is proceeded with an incomplete "Compacting" step.
