This is not a Vista issue. Post this to a Outlook newsgroup. Meanwhile try OL\Help\Detect and Repair

Peter, I have exactly the same problem. Even tried re-installing Outlook and Office completely, but Outlook (and only Outlook) remains painfully slow. What do you mean with "try OL\Help\Detect and Repair"?
Can't find a solution on an Outlook forum either.
Thnx
Mark
