Vista - Error 452 - too many recipients

When I send emails out to a group, I occasionally get this message but I
can't find in the help anywhere that tells me what the limit is to send
messages. I'm responsible for sending newsletters out and it's a bit
frustrating. Does anyone know what the maximum number of recipients is?

The limit is not set by you but by your ISP, many of which do this as a
spam-fighting tool. How many recipients are you sending to? I have known
ISP's to set the limit as low as 15 or 20, though somewhere above 50 is
likely more common.

Depending upon who your ISP is, you may be able to convince them that your
"service" is legitimate and worthy of an increased limit. I would give
them a call to find out what exactly is the current limit and whether they
can make an exception for your account.
