| | Virus Check I successfully use Norton Internet Security 2007 which quiet happily scans incomming and outgoing email. You have to download the trial of the new version which is Vista compatible from their website and it will recognise and use your existing license code. Works well...a LOT faster than it ever was on XP too! ----- Original Message ----- From: Steve Cochran Newsgroups: microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail Sent: Tuesday, February 20, 2007 2:23 PM Subject: Re: Virus Check Regardless of the program you get, make sure it is set NOT to scan email. Every antivirus program that has that feature seems to cause problems for the mail program. see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 steve "Nancy Gilpin" <ngilpin@roadrunner.com> wrote in message news:8C0FA9EF-6EE1-40F0-8D78-C77EA4F5ECEC@microsoft.com... >I need to know which soft ware I'm supposta use in my new Vista for virus >check???? | | Re: Virus Check I suspect you will have problems, but as I indicated in another reply, I can't do a comparative study of AV software as it relates to WinMail. It is redundant and unneccessary though and cannot but slow things down. steve "Ross Brunton BSc(HONS)" <ross@wlv.ac.uk> wrote in message news:8CD3BEEA-12E3-4488-8802-CD2C7C53839A@microsoft.com...
