Vista - receiving email

I am able to send email but it says there is an error when receiving...it
says it does not recognize my account. Any thoughts????

Review your user name and password again. Go to your ISP's website and
look for the correct email server settings. Most ISP's have a
walkthrough for setting up common email clients. Use their instructions
for Outlook Express for Windows Mail.

If you have forgotten your user name and password, contact your ISP.
