Dual User Accounts - On email account

I have created a user account for myself and my partner. We have a shared
email account. How do i set it up so that who ever is logged in can
read/receive all emails, new and old?

I have been able to set it up so that both can access but at the moment both
can't read what the other has received.

Re: Dual User Accounts - On email account

For each user go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and set
it to leave a copy of the messages on the server. Then set one user to
delete the messages after a certain number of days.
