| | Corrected contact email address ignored by Windows Mail? Subject: Corrected contact email address ignored by Window Mail? Problem: A friend called, totally frustrated by the following Windows Mail phenomenon; He entered a new contact email address. Later, he saw that he had made an error, and corrected it. The corrected email address now shows in contacts. Problem is, when he creates a new email to this person, the 'system' defaults to the incorrect address when he starts typing the name into the 'To:' line. If he goes into contacts and chooses the name, from the contact list it is entered correctly? - Help appreciated - IM |
