Error Message when Sending/Receiving from Windows Mail

I am getting the following message when I try to send/receive mail from
Windows Mial. "The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'e-mail list
for tea', Account: 'imap.aol.com', Server: 'smtp.aol.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

What does this mean? Does this have something to do with the aol server?
