Vista - can't open hyperlinks in outook 2007

does anyone no why when i try to click on a link in my email in outlook 2007
i'm getting a message popping up
"this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer.please contact your system administrator"

i am the system administrator and don't remember changing any effects.

any help is appreciated

Go to: 'Windows XP File Assocation Fixes'
(http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm)

Download and run: HTM/HTML Associations (Restore the default
associations for htm/html files)

The problem is caused by e.g. using a cleaner that has deleted the
default associations in the registry for htm/html files.

This one fixes the problem for both XP and Vista!!
