| | Re: setting up email So, you are "borrowing" your internet connection from someone else? Generally speaking, you get an email address only if you pay a provider for service. There are free email providers, but those are not as desirable as the paid ones. You can use Internet Explorer to go to Yahoo.com and get a free web mail account there. Or you can go to Msn.com and get a free Hotmail account. Windows Mail does not work with any web mail provider like Hotmail or Yahoo.
