Tools --> Message Rules --> Mail --> Apply Now Can't remember if you have to have your new message rule selected in the list or if another diag box asks if you want to run all rules now ... but that is one place to get it done. .... vanilla ... ------------------------- JGilson said: Is there any way to create a rule and apply it to previous emails? |
