First off I'd say you don't work for Microsoft so don't use a Microsoft
e-mail address.

Second, go to your Internet provider's web site and look for the support
section on how it's done. That should show you the server information you
need to use to set up e-mail. Your ISP could only use web based e-mail and
if that is the case, Windows Mail will not be usable. If they use POP3 or
IMAP accounts, you can use Windows Mail.

Looking at the account name of your e-mail address, is this part of a
business? If so, contact your IT or Administrator for information.

The reason we can't help is because we don't know how you connect.
