Windows Mail Contacts folder

How can I see my contacts folders when I make create new mails? I find out
that Microsoft took off this from Windows Mail. Do you know how can we
change? Maybe somebody know how to change it? I need it, sure....

----
Unless you mean something entirely different
- Click on the small book adjacent to the 'To:' field in the new email
window.
or
Right click on a blank area of the tool bar, select customize and add the
'Recipients' button.
