| | RE: An unknown error has occurred ! This message could not be display Similar situation here but it's my deleted items folder where the problem occurs. In drop down folder list, it's showing I have over 300 deleted messages in the deleted items folder. Right clicking or going to the Edit drop down to "empty the deleted folder" gives me the message of "An Unknown Error Has Occurred". However, when I actually open the deleted items folder, it appears totally empty! I've checked out many of these discussion posts looking for a solution and tried a few fixes but none work, not even the positive sounding advice from Gary VanderMolen. -- VI "bluedog765" wrote: Quote: > Can someone help with this problem? > I am unable to delete a message from my inbox! > Thanks in advance |

Try running the various repair functions in the WMUtil program: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil If no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail: http://download.live.com/wlmail -- Gary VanderMolen, Microsoft MVP (Mail) http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/def...le/vandermolen "VI" <VI@newsgroup> wrote in message news:22E070E5-B07A-4F42-AAB6-8997C6296DA9@newsgroup Quote: > Similar situation here but it's my deleted items folder where the problem > occurs.
